She was attracted to the rich colorful majolica glazes and whimsical designs that were part of the Victorian English majolica craze of the 1880’s. She educated herself and became familiar with the important antique majolica potters and designers of that period such as the English group of George Jones, Minton, Holdcroft and Wedgwood, and the French group of Choisy-le-Roi, Sarreguemines and Massier. Her main focus has been Minton majolica and George Jones majolica of the finest design and condition that she could find. Her name has become synonymous with the words, “quality majolica collector. “ In her shop and online she offers an array of beautiful majolica in the best condition with the deepest colors. In the English majolica category there are majolica game tureens, cheese bells, pitchers, and vases - as well as majolica centerpieces draped with putti figures and a large collection of majolica figural teapots. There are a variety of majolica strawberry servers, sardine boxes, large majolica jardinières and garden seats.
